Ranji Trophy: Sanvir hits maiden double hundred as Punjab piles on runs against Andhra on Day 2

Punjab dominated the crease during their Ranji Trophy Elite Group B fixture, posting a massive total of 592 for nine declared. Sanvir Singh led the charge by compiling an impressive 205 runs, while Emanjot Singh Chahal contributed a powerful century with 122 runs.

Salil Arora also played a significant role earlier in the innings with 144 runs before Andhra finished the second day safely at 20 without loss after nine overs.
