President Trump was expected to attend Steelers-Bucs, before his schedule changed

Former President Donald Trump was initially set to attend the Week 6 NFL matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Tampa, marking a potential third NFL game of his presidency. However, his plans shifted, and he ultimately did not make the trip.

Trump had previously attended Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, as well as a Lions-Commanders game in Maryland during his term, becoming the first sitting president to attend a regular-season NFL game in nearly 50 years. Two years prior, he also watched a Jets-Steelers game in the weeks leading up to his reelection bid.

With the midterm elections just 20 days away, speculation remains about whether he will attend another NFL game before then, including the upcoming Commanders-Eagles matchup on November 1, two days before Election Day.
