Picnic PostNL and Jayco-AlUla missed the October 15 deadline for 2027 WorldTour registration, though both organizations maintain they will participate in the upcoming season. Picnic PostNL is currently transitioning to a new bicycle manufacturer following the insolvency of their previous partner, Lapierre, which has delayed their required paperwork.

Meanwhile, Jayco-AlUla encountered international banking complications while attempting to process the mandatory financial guarantee for the UCI. Both teams have until December 8 to finalize their documentation before the final WorldTour rosters are locked.
