Per Steichen, Colts set to make roster maneuver regarding injured WR Alec Pierce

Following a recent loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, the Indianapolis Colts are adjusting their roster after wide receiver Alec Pierce re-injured his left heel. Head coach Shane Steichen announced that the team will make a roster maneuver to address the absence of their top target, who is expected to miss multiple weeks and has been placed on injured reserve.

Rather than opting for another surgical procedure on the joint, Pierce has chosen to pursue a rehabilitation program to recover from the setback.
