Patrick Mahomes tosses three TDs in loss to Broncos

Patrick Mahomes recorded 321 passing yards and three touchdowns during the Kansas City Chiefs' 28-24 defeat against the Denver Broncos. Despite a 73-yard scoring connection with rookie Emmett Johnson, the Chiefs were unable to maintain their late-game advantage.

Following a critical error and a final failed drive that ended in a sack, the team surrendered their lead in the fourth quarter. Mahomes acknowledged that the division race has become increasingly competitive following this result.
