Nuno sacked by West Ham

West Ham has parted ways with manager Nuno Espirito Santo following consecutive league losses that placed the club in eighth position within the Championship standings. The decision follows a weekend reversal against West Bromwich Albion, prompting the departure of assistant coach Rui Pedro Silva and goalkeeper coach Rui Barbosa as well.

Mark Noble, Steve Potts, and Gerard Prenderville will assume temporary managerial duties ahead of the upcoming fixture against Cardiff City.

Nuno had chosen to remain with the squad following their relegation from the top tier earlier in the year, but ultimately lasted only thirteen matches into the current campaign. The team had previously suffered a defeat against Southampton, leaving them trailing behind the division's leading positions.
