Nico Collins has two catches, 52 yards, TD on Texans' opening drive

New Dallas defender Joey Porter Jr. made his 2026 debut by starting and logging four snaps, but his presence failed to slow down Houston's attack. Returning from a two-game absence due to a hamstring issue, wide receiver Nico Collins immediately dismantled the opponent during the opening possession.

On the initial snap, the visitor gained 45 yards through the air down to the 40-yard line. The possession concluded when Collins secured a 7-yard scoring reception against coverage from DaRon Bland.

This 8-play, 85-yard march marked the team's inaugural opening-drive points of the campaign before the home squad took over on offense.
