Rams S Quentin Lake: Justin Herbert was "throwing deli meat out there" last Sunday

Los Angeles Rams defensive back Quentin Lake recently mocked the performance of Chargers signal-caller Justin Herbert during a podcast appearance. Lake claimed the quarterback appeared rattled and inaccurate during the Rams' 24-9 victory last weekend, a game in which Herbert surrendered two interceptions.

The Chargers have struggled significantly this year, falling to a 0-7 record while failing to reach the end zone across their previous 27 offensive drives. Herbert has now totaled 10 interceptions on the season as his team continues to struggle with the league's lowest scoring output.
