As the five-match T20I series between India and New Zealand shifts to Wellington for the third encounter on October 27, 2026, focus turns to three key batters. Glenn Phillips leads the series scoring with 152 runs, including a pair of half-centuries, while Abhishek Sharma has provided explosive starts for India with a strike rate exceeding 165.

Indian captain Shreyas Iyer, who recently notched a century against the West Indies, remains a focal point after his pivotal role in a record-breaking run chase during the series opener.
