New-Look Pac-12 Returns for First Week of Conference Play

The newly reconstructed Pac-12 conference is officially launching its inaugural round of league competition on Saturday, featuring a slate of matchups broadcast across a newly established media rights agreement. Commissioner Teresa Gould helped steer the league through an extensive rebuilding process following the departure of ten historical programs that began in 2022.

To meet minimum membership requirements, the conference added five Mountain West institutions alongside Texas State and Gonzaga. The opening day schedule begins with Colorado State facing Oregon State, followed by Utah State against Boise State, Washington State meeting Fresno State, and a late game between Texas State and San Diego State.
