Manzambi catches eye as Villa beat Spurs - player ratings

Aston Villa secured a victory over Tottenham Hotspur as Manzambi made an impression, outpacing Jan Paul van Hecke to open the scoring after Andrew Robertson failed to keep the ball in play. While Micky van de Ven received treatment for a facial injury off the pitch, Villa added to Spurs' woes, though Van Hecke eventually scored a late consolation.

Antonin Kinsky stopped shots from Manzambi and Emiliano Buendia, but Tottenham suffered an early blow when Pedro Porro limped off after 18 minutes.
