Lando Norris’ LN4 Fusion joins Formula 2 grid for 2027

Lando Norris has successfully secured a position for his LN4 Fusion racing outfit on the Formula 2 starting grid for the 2027 season. The organization, which previously announced plans to compete in lower-tier categories, obtained the spot by purchasing equipment from the former AIX operation.

This expansion makes the team the sole newcomer to join the championship for the upcoming three-year cycle. F2 leadership confirmed that ten existing teams will remain, while welcoming the new entrant's technical expertise.

LN4 CEO Dan Richards noted that this development marks a key milestone in the team's strategy to provide a clear progression path for young drivers aiming for Formula 1.
