John Harbaugh won’t speculate on a Jameis Winston-J.J. McCarthy competition

Harbaugh praised McCarthy as a talented former top-ten draft pick who will strengthen the roster following Jaxson Dart's season-ending injury, noting that the front office spearheaded the effort to bring him over from Minnesota.
