Jakub Mensik responds when asked if he thinks he can win a Grand Slam when Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz are both fit

Young tennis competitor Jakub Mensik recently sat down with Sam Querrey to discuss his aspirations of claiming major singles championships. The twenty-one-year-old athlete expressed strong confidence regarding his chances against top competitors Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz, despite acknowledging the immense challenge they present when fully fit.

Mensik noted that his previous victory against Sinner at the Qatar Open provides solid proof that he can compete at their elite level if he maintains peak form. At the same time, the Czech competitor admitted that world number ten Alex de Minaur remains the opponent he struggles against the most, particularly on hard courts.
