3 takeaways from BYU’s gritty road win at TCU

BYU secured a gritty 17-10 road victory against TCU in Fort Worth, marking their first win at the venue in two decades and improving their record to 4-0. Despite losing running back LJ Martin early to an injury, the Cougars relied heavily on a ground game spearheaded by quarterback Bear Bachmeier, who rushed for two touchdowns amid adverse weather conditions.

The BYU defense also stepped up by holding TCU to just 259 total yards, limiting them on third downs, and recording multiple sacks.
