ITA confirms 12-month ban for Kyrylo Tsarenko after three whereabouts failures

Ukrainian competitor Kyrylo Tsarenko accepted a twelve-month ban after accumulating three filing infractions related to mandatory scheduling updates across a twelve-month window. The disciplinary action stems from an agreement reached with authorities, resulting in the forfeiture of performances achieved between July first and December third.
