Inside the Matchup: Commanders and Giants clash in a huge Week 5 matchup

The Washington Commanders return from London to host the 3-1 New York Giants in a Week 5 NFC East clash. Washington enters the contest at 1-3, looking for stability as Jayden Daniels prepares to return under center with an elbow brace, while the team also monitors the health of Sam Cosmi, Terry McLaurin, and Stefon Diggs.

New York, led by head coach John Harbaugh, arrives following narrow victories over the Titans and Cardinals, the latter secured by a late defensive touchdown from Deonte Banks. The Giants are managing their own roster challenges, having placed quarterback Jaxson Dart on injured reserve following a Week 2 knee injury.
