Preparations are underway for the upcoming International League T20 player bidding event, which is officially set to take place on the first day of October in 2026. Organizers confirmed that the upcoming auction will be hosted in Dubai, bringing together more than two hundred athletes representing twenty-three different nations.

Team management groups are slated to arrive with individual financial budgets fluctuating between one point three and one point three nine million dollars.

Participating franchises will be required to follow strict squad construction guidelines during the acquisition process. These mandatory framework rules specify that every team must incorporate representatives originating from Associate countries into their respective rosters.
