Game Preview: Suns hit the road for rematch against Warriors

The Phoenix Suns (1-3) head to San Francisco’s Chase Center for a rematch with the Golden State Warriors (4-3) at 8:00 p.m. Arizona time.

After a 43‑point outburst from Devin Booker in a win that came against a depleted Warriors squad, Phoenix has slipped to a 1‑3 start, dropping games in Oklahoma City and Denver, while the Warriors have continued their unbeaten run since leaving Phoenix.

Both teams are dealing with key absences: the Suns will be without forward Mark Williams (shoulder) and G‑League call‑up Drew Timme, while Golden State rests Stephen Curry and Draymond Green after a back‑to‑back, and also lists Moses Moody (knee), Kristaps Porzingis (illness) and Jimmy Butler (knee) as out. The matchup pits the league’s worst defensive unit against a Warriors lineup eager to prove itself with its stars back on the floor.
