Florida just outside top 5 in USAT's Week 4 college football re-rank

Following a dominant four-touchdown victory over Ole Miss that brought their record to 4-0, the Florida football program climbed eleven positions to reach sixth overall in Paul Myerberg's latest weekly re-rank for USA TODAY Sports. This placement positions the squad just behind Ohio State and right ahead of Alabama, while matching their highest standing in both the AP Top 25 and US LBM Coaches Poll since the 2021 campaign.

Heading into their next contest, the Gators are scheduled to play Missouri at Memorial Stadium on Saturday, October 3rd, with the matchup slated for a 3:30 p.m. Eastern time broadcast on ABC.
