Fernandes dropped from Man Utd team for crucial Bournemouth game

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has been relegated to the substitutes bench for the upcoming league fixture against Bournemouth. This decision follows his public critique of manager Michael Carrick regarding the tactical approach utilized during a recent 4-1 Champions League defeat to Como.

While Carrick has faced significant scrutiny following a difficult start to the season, he indicated that his primary focus remains on squad cohesion and the best interests of the club. Although the midfielder will not lose his captaincy, the manager has not ruled out further disciplinary actions following the player's post-match remarks.
