Yuto Katsuragawa captured his second DP World Tour victory at the Genesis Championship in Cheonan, South Korea, finishing at 13-under 271, two strokes ahead of the nearest competitors. After a flawless 63 in the third round that tied the course record, he steadied with an even-par 71 on Sunday to hold off a late bogey and secure the win.
French duo Frederic Lacroix and Martin Couvra shared second place at 11-under, while South African Casey Jarvis, who had led after three rounds, fell to a tie for fourth alongside Open champion Ryan Fox. Defending Race to Dubai leader Eugenio Chacarra, who had just won in India, ended the tournament seven shots back, and the season now moves toward its final events in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
