England Lions beat Sri Lanka via DLS after rain - second T20 scorecard

The England Lions secured a DLS-method victory over Sri Lanka in their rain-affected second T20 encounter. 2 overs.

Opener Paul Walter led the charge, remaining unbeaten on 34 runs from 20 deliveries alongside Ben Mayes, who contributed 10 not out off seven balls.

The sole breakthrough for the touring bowling attack came when Maheesh Theekshana dismissed Ben McKinney for 19, caught by Eshan Malinga to leave the hosts at 50 for one in the fifth over. Dilshan Madushanka and Dushmantha Chameera also bowled without taking a wicket, conceding 25 and 23 runs respectively, while Theekshana finished his two overs with figures of 1 for 19.
