England defeat Sri Lanka by six wickets: second men’s cricket T20 international – as it happened

England claimed an emphatic six-wicket win against Sri Lanka in the second men's Twenty20 international, clinching the three-game bilateral contest before the final encounter. The outcome extended England's dominant head-to-head streak to 14 consecutive T20 triumphs over their opponents.

Led by captain Harry Brook, the English XI featured wicketkeeper Jos Buttler, Aneurin Donald, Tom Banton, Jordan Cox, Will Jacks, Jamie Overton, Liam Dawson, Jofra Archer, Adil Rashid, and Sonny Baker.
