Did Notre Dame pick up more first place votes in US LBM Coaches Poll?

Following a successful weekend performance against Purdue, the Notre Dame football squad maintained its third-place position in the latest US LBM Coaches Poll while increasing its tally of top-rank ballots to three. Texas and Georgia held firm at the first and second positions respectively.

Further down the rankings, Ole Miss slid to twelfth following a defeat against Florida, whereas the Gators surged upward to the eighth spot. Additional movement saw several new programs enter the top twenty-five, establishing a fresh landscape as the season progresses into upcoming matchups against programs such as Miami, BYU, and SMU.
