Dan Quinn safe for now, but heat ratchets up on his QB Jayden Daniels - All aTwitter

The Washington Commanders’ Week 5 performance against the New York Giants showcased a resurgence from key players, with rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels delivering standout play in his return. The offense found traction behind a revitalized offensive line, while the defense flexed its physicality, led by linebacker Sonny Styles, who recorded a career-high 13 tackles.

Defensive lineman Deatrich Wise also made a high-impact return after a major quad injury, immediately asserting himself on the field. Meanwhile, the Commanders added depth to their roster by signing running back Devin Neal to the practice squad and working out tight end Quentin Moore, a recent undrafted free agent.

The team’s social media presence highlighted these developments, with clips and reactions celebrating the contributions of players like Styles and Wise, as well as the return of offensive lineman Sam Cosmi, whose blocking was noted as a catalyst for the run game’s improved performance.
