Dallas Mavericks forward Cooper Flagg exited a game against the Indiana Pacers after suffering a left shoulder injury. The incident occurred during a fastbreak in the final minute of the first half, while Dallas was leading by 33 points.
Following a turnover by Pascal Siakam, Flagg was fouled from behind by Aaron Nesmith, resulting in a Flagrant-1 penalty.
Flagg converted both free throws before leaving for the locker room and did not return for the second half. He finished his 17 minutes of play with six assists, five rebounds, and three steals. Nesmith stayed in the contest, as the foul was to the arm rather than the head, avoiding a Flagrant-2 ejection.
