Sports Alpha Capital has successfully completed a acquisition of a seventy percent stake in Northampton Town Ventures Limited, clearing the League Two club of debt following a period of financial loss. Former international striker Alexandre Pato joins the board as a director, while Joao Xavier and Tim Chamberlain assume co-chairman duties as outgoing leader Kelvin Thomas steps down from the chairmanship after over ten years.
