Confirmed: Barcelona superstar Rodri out with thigh injury; could be sidelined for one month

Barcelona faces a significant roster hurdle after medical scans confirmed that Rodrigo Hernández sustained a biceps femoris tear in his right leg. The summer signing had to be substituted at half-time during the Champions League fixture against Aston Villa, leaving manager Hansi Flick without a core midfielder for roughly four weeks.

He will miss the upcoming domestic league showdown against Atletico Madrid and is projected to be sidelined for subsequent matches against Villarreal, Sabah, Deportivo de A Coruna, and Celta Vigo, alongside upcoming international duties for Spain.
