Coello and a reasonable doubt: power, desire or being the best player in history

At just twenty-four years of age, Arturo Coello is securing his fourth consecutive year as the top-ranked male player for the 2026 season, matching the record held by Lebron for Spanish athletes. Having recently crossed the milestone of 300 victories within the Premier circuit, Coello continues to add unprecedented achievements to a career that already includes holding the record as the youngest male world number one.

Observers note that his rapid ascension, physical growth, and tactical adaptation alongside his partner Tapia now place him firmly in conversations regarding the greatest players in the history of the sport.
