8 Players Withdraw from ATP Vienna & Basel

The ATP tour's final stretch toward the Paris Masters and season-ending championships has been disrupted by a wave of withdrawals. Eight competitors have pulled out of the upcoming 500-level events in Vienna and Basel, forcing significant adjustments to the main draw lineups.

Jannik Sinner and Alexander Blockx have exited the Vienna field, with Matteo Berrettini and Luca Van Assche stepping in as replacements to face Tomas Martin Etcheverry and Learner Tien, respectively. Meanwhile, the Basel tournament will proceed without defending champion Joao Fonseca, Felix Auger-Aliassime, and Alexander Bublik, all of whom cited injury concerns.
