Milwaukee celebrated a successful defensive award announcement as two of their players secured prestigious fielding honors. Brice Turang collected his second career accolade at second base, joining select franchise history as just the third multi-time winner for the club alongside Cecil Cooper and George Scott.
He excelled defensively by finishing second in the Majors with twenty-three defensive runs saved and tying for fourth with nineteen outs above average. Jackson Chourio captured his maiden trophy by claiming the prize in left field, becoming the fifth outfielder in franchise history to earn the distinction.
Following a position switch and an error-free campaign, he led National League left fielders in defensive runs saved and tied Cody Bellinger in fielding run value while establishing a career high with eight outfield assists.
