Chelsea charged by FA over discriminatory chanting

The Football Association has formally penalized Chelsea following an incident involving offensive supporter chants during an away fixture. According to regulatory officials, the club allegedly failed to control its crowd during an early-season match, with specific complaints citing religious-based abuse.

Previously, the organization had addressed similar misconduct involving an individual spectator targeting an opposing player online. The team currently holds the tenth position in the league standings after completing five matches.
