Charles Leclerc is optimistic about his prospects for a race victory before the current season concludes following a second-place finish at the Circuit of the Americas. The Ferrari driver secured back-to-back podiums after also taking second in Singapore, aided by recent technical improvements to his vehicle.
Despite leading early practice sessions in Austin, Leclerc struggled with tire temperatures during qualifying, ultimately starting from the fourth and fifth positions. He believes that refined setup adjustments and a better understanding of his car have unlocked significant performance gains, though he remains cautious about the impact of upcoming upgrades from rival teams.
