Las Vegas Raiders tailback Ashton Jeanty delivered a standout showcase in Week 1, propelling his club to a 27-13 home triumph against the Miami Dolphins. Shaking off a difficult rookie campaign, the second-year rusher accumulated 102 yards across 23 handoffs while hauling in all six passes thrown his direction for an additional 45 yards.

His 147 combined scrimmage yards across 29 touches were highlighted by a pair of receiving scores.

Following the victory, Jeanty praised the coaching staff for thoroughly readying the roster for the contest. Veteran passer Kirk Cousins also debuted under center for Las Vegas during the contest, though the offense primarily operated through Jeanty's multifaceted production.
