Alex Pereira Lands Second Heavyweight Test Against Sergei Pavlovich at UFC 335

Former two division champion Alex Pereira is preparing for his second bout in the heavyweight division against Sergei Pavlovich as the co main event at UFC 335. The matchup is scheduled for five rounds on December 12 in Las Vegas.

UFC CEO Dana White originally revealed the booking during a livestream before official confirmation arrived during the UFC 332 broadcast. Pereira aims to bounce back from a controversial knockout defeat against Ciryl Gane where he absorbed several illegal blows to the back of the head.

Meanwhile, Pavlovich enters the contest looking to reestablish himself in the title picture following a successful three fight winning streak.
