Tatiana Prozorova recently opened up about the immense challenge of facing star player Alex Eala and her vocal supporters during their tournament clash in Singapore. According to Prozorova, dealing with the partisan crowd proved even tougher than solving Eala's on-court gameplay, though she ultimately managed to execute her tactical plan and secure a milestone victory.

Following that upset, Prozorova advanced further in the competition by defeating Xinyu Wang to reach her maiden WTA Tour semi-final round. However, her impressive tournament run came to an abrupt halt after she suffered a stray ball strike to the head during doubles action, which prevented her from taking the court for her scheduled semi-final match despite her public protests.
