3 games, 3 wins: Joe Brady makes NFL history

Joe Brady continues his undefeated start as head coach of the Buffalo Bills following a 24-16 victory against the Los Angeles Chargers. The win brings his career record to 3-0 and places him among the youngest leaders in NFL history to achieve such a start.

At 37 years old, Brady joins a select group that includes Josh McDaniels, John Madden, Bill Cowher, and Mike Tomlin. He also set a franchise mark by becoming the first Bills coach to secure victories in his first three regular-season contests.

Prior to taking over the top coaching position, Brady served as the team's offensive coordinator.
