Zay Flowers active for Week 3

Baltimore wide receiver Zay Flowers is officially ready to play for the upcoming matchup against Dallas in Brazil. He has missed practice time due to a hamstring issue that occurred during the opening game's final moments of the first half.

Observers and participants will be monitoring the playing surface closely at Maracana Stadium because field conditions have raised worries.
