WNBA Fans Want Caitlin Clark and Sabrina Ionescu to Play Together After Instagram Post

Following the conclusion of her third professional campaign, Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark published a photographic lookback on social media to reflect upon her healthy season and interactions with supporters. New York Liberty guard Sabrina Ionescu responded to the post with a brief message, prompting supporters to flood the reply section with calls for the two prominent guards to eventually become teammates.

While enthusiast reactions ranged from wishing for a pairing in New York to a union in Indiana, neither franchise has signaled any intention to alter their rosters. Clark remains under contract with her current club through the 2027 campaign, while her counterpart secured a three-year extension with New York keeping her locked in through 2028.
