Where is Georgia football in coaches poll after rout of Oklahoma?

Following a convincing 41-13 victory against Oklahoma at Sanford Stadium, the Georgia Bulldogs maintained their hold on the No. 2 position in the latest US LBM Coaches Poll.

Kirby Smart's squad capitalized on four opponent turnovers, limiting the Sooners to 65 yards on the ground and turning those defensive stops into 17 points, highlighted by a fumble returned 85 yards for a touchdown. Quarterback Gunner Stockton noted the importance of seizing those massive momentum shifts when the defense hands over possession.

At 4-0, the team prepares for their upcoming contest against Vanderbilt in Athens.

Texas remained perched at the top of the rankings following a 20-17 triumph over Tennessee. Further down the ballot, programs like Notre Dame, Miami, Indiana, and Ohio State rounded out the top tier of the coaches selection, with numerous other ranked universities spanning the remaining positions through Missouri at twenty-fifth.
