Washington Nationals vs New York Mets Game Thread

The Washington Nationals and New York Mets conclude their 162-game schedule this afternoon at Nationals Park. For the finale, the Nationals have altered their lineup by inserting Andres Chaparro at first base, Jacob Young in center, and giving DJ Herz his second start of the year.

Meanwhile, the visiting Mets welcome back Juan Soto following an early exit due to a hit-by-pitch in their previous outing. Sean Manaea takes the mound for New York as both squads wrap up their respective campaigns.
