Max Verstappen secured the top starting position for the upcoming race in Singapore, maintaining his momentum following a recent sprint victory. The Red Bull driver expressed satisfaction with his vehicle's performance throughout the weekend sessions.

Charles Leclerc qualified behind him, admitting that minor errors on his final attempt prevented him from challenging for the top spot. Lewis Hamilton, who led the initial qualifying segments, struggled to maintain that speed during the final session due to handling issues with his car.

He noted that his vehicle was difficult to manage during the decisive laps.
