UNC lands second 4-star commitment in 2028 football recruiting class

The University of North Carolina has bolstered its 2028 recruiting class with two recent four-star commitments. Quarterback Levi Kerr pledged to the Tar Heels following multiple visits to campus, choosing the program over interest from Michigan and Mississippi State.

Additionally, tight end Gregory Kirwan announced his commitment to the team on November 2.
