Umesh Yadav to play for Punjab as guest player in upcoming domestic season

Veteran fast bowler Umesh Yadav has decided to switch state sides ahead of the upcoming domestic campaign. The thirty-eight-year-old will represent Punjab in all formats as a guest participant after departing from Vidarbha, where he previously featured for multiple years.

Amarjeet Singh Mehta, who heads the Punjab Cricket Association, noted that the addition will significantly reinforce their bowling unit.
