Tonight is Mike Vrabel's first career game at Soldier Field

Despite a professional tenure spanning 27 years across various roles, Mike Vrabel is making his debut appearance at Soldier Field for a regular-season contest tonight. His extensive career includes stints with the Steelers, Patriots, Chiefs, Texans, and Titans, yet his path has rarely crossed with the Bears in Chicago.

While he did face the Bears in 2002 as a member of the Patriots, that matchup occurred in Champaign during a period when the stadium was undergoing renovations. Although he has visited the venue for exhibition games in 2019 and 2023, this evening marks his first official game there.
