Start 'Em, Sit 'Em D/STs for Week 4 fantasy football

Fantasy managers searching for dependable defensive units in Week 4 have several clear lineup choices and risky options to monitor. Conversely, starting the Chicago Bears against Geno Smith and the New York Jets presents a lower ceiling due to the opponent's ball security.
