SnakePit Post-season GDT, #3

An elimination game is on the docket today in Atlanta as the final wild-card matchup of the post-season reaches its climax. The Philadelphia Phillies and Atlanta Braves are deadlocked at one game apiece following split results in the opening pair of contests, forcing a decisive third fixture.

While the other three opening-round series concluded quickly with lopsided sweeps by the Red Sox, Cubs, and Astros, this National League clash requires a final showdown. The victor will advance immediately into the upcoming Division Series slate, with coverage scheduled to air this afternoon.
