During his introductory press conference, he openly declared his allegiance to the Pittsburgh Steelers, instantly alienating the local faithful. Furthermore, a subsequent interview with Axios featured a flippant response regarding the possibility of relocating the franchise away from Washington state.

Given that the local community still harbors deep scars from losing the SuperSonics nearly two decades ago, such casual remarks have highlighted an urgent need for professional media training.
