Rosa Klöser successfully defended her title at the Alentejo Gravel event in Portugal, securing a spot in the 2027 UCI Gravel World Championships. The German rider completed the 119km course in 3:42:32, finishing 11 minutes ahead of runner-up Sarah Lange, while Émilie Morier took third.
Klöser opted for this race over a scheduled appearance in South Africa to remain near her partner, Paul Sandmann, following his recent traffic accident.
In the elite men's category, Filipe Francisco claimed victory by winning a three-way sprint against Belgian competitors Olivier Godfroid and Daan Grosemans. Francisco finished the race in 3:18:00, with Godfroid taking second and Grosemans third.
Lukas Malezsewski, who won the inaugural edition of the race last year, finished in fourth place.
